On every purchase, funds move directly from you to the seller through a U.S. title company. We are not in the payment chain.
We are paid to keep it rented
Our management fee is charged on the rent charged to the tenant while the unit is occupied. An empty unit earns us nothing, which keeps our incentive aligned with yours.
