What we collect

When you submit an inquiry form, use the finder, or contact us directly, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. If you share additional information — such as your investment budget or existing properties — we store that too.

We also automatically collect basic usage data: the pages you visit, how long you spend on them, your general location (country and city), and the device and browser you use. This data is only collected with your consent through our analytics banner.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, follow up with a plan matched to your goals, and keep you informed about relevant Rentalogic services. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

Usage data, when you consent to analytics, helps us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization. No analytics data is collected before you accept cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and inquiry data for three years from your last interaction with us. After that, it is deleted or anonymized. Usage data collected by Google Analytics follows Google’s standard retention period of 14 months.
